Ancestors’ Seeds 2024-2025 Mondays + Thursdays Montessori Homeschooling Pod

Afrocentric Montessori now has a homeschooling pod called Ancestors' Seeds!

This pod operates Mondays + Thursdays from 8:30 - 12:30 pm. This is a drop-off program for ages 3 and 4. Our start month is August.

Our daily rhythm includes- Morning exploration, community circle, whole group lesson, movement, work cycle, story time, lunch, and outdoor play.

Our class sizes are no more than 6 children with a lead teacher and an assistant teacher. The small class size allows for focused attention to Montessori lessons as well as differentiation according to the child's needs.

We have piano lessons on Monday being led by Tricia Lakes, owner of Musically Me and Spanish immersion hour on Thursday led by Jennifer Castro!
